Currently, users have to enable the "Pull Request Commented" option to receive notifications when a reviewer changed the status of the PR to "Request changes". However, this also causes a notification to be triggered for each code review comment, which is not ideal.

This feature request is to implement a slack notification type that only triggers when "Request Changes" status is put by the reviewer.
