Bitbucket analytics dashboard

It would be beneficial to have a Security Health check/Recommendation Dashboard for Administrators to help them identify and remediate likely issues and improve maintenance / hygiene of the components they control.
This would include information about the current configuration of workspaces, projects, and repos under the control of an enterprise admin, including information about current configurations and recommendations from Atlassian on best practices where the current configuration is different than what would be ideal.
This could include many different items including but not limited to, Components that are public, Components that have not been accessed for a long time (maybe 180 or 365 days), Components with inactive/invalid users as Admins, Components with large numbers of admin users, Components that are reaching limits set by Atlassian (Number of users, or size), etc.
