Ability to delete attachment images on Pull Request by bulk

      Problem Definition

      Some customer has concern about attachment images in Pull Request will be uploaded to AWS S3, and they want to delete them by bulk.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the feature of deleting attachment images on Pull Request by bulk

      Workaround

      Use the following REST API and delete the comment which includes attachment image.
