Add branches merged with Squash to the "merged branches" screen

Currently, branches that are merged with the "Squash merge" strategy does not show up under the branches screen when filtering for "Merged branches".

This causes inconsistencies with users that opt for that merge strategy and won't allow them to keep track of already merged branches.
