Problem Definition

At the moment, every pipeline is searching for test report files during 'Build teardown'.

If the clone directory has a very large number of folders and subfolders in them for different dependencies, it can take a long time to scan all of them and the 'Build teardown' can last several minutes. This may not be desirable if the build doesn't run tests or if a customer doesn't want to make use of test reporting.

Suggested Solution

Provide an option to customers to disable test reporting for a certain step or globally.
