Support YAML anchors for stages definitions

      Problem Definition

      We recently introduced the stages feature in Pipelines:

      https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/stages/

      At the moment, stages cannot be used in YAML anchors. This would be a useful feature for imrpoving readability for repeated stages.
