    Description

      Hey team,

      We have had a customer request that multiple recipients be able to be configured for pipelines notifications emails. At present, each individual user will need to be subscribed to pipelines notifications for the repository in question - if there could be an option to enable mandatory emails for certain user groups that would be preferrable.
