Description
Issue Summary
When customers create a repo they have to configure it for git LFS from scratch. If we had the option to create a git LFS file with a good list of common file extensions when creating the repo itself, that would reduce the danger of accidental large objects in the repo. The list can contain these file extensions: Add commonly used binaries to git LFS.
This would behave similar to the current "Add .gitignore" feature we have when creating a repository.
