Use docker config.json to authenticate Pipes

      As of now, the authentication method on this page is specific to only PAUSE_IMAGE, AUTH_PROXY_IMAGE, and CLONE_IMAGE images.

      Feature request to expand usage of this authentication method for Pipes.
