Currently, Domain Restrictions are only available if the Invitation option under access control is set to All Members and Admins are exempt from this rule.

Enable the option for the same restriction to be applicable when invitations are set to Admin Only.
This way, admins have restrictions on what domains the invitations are sent to.

Edit Patrik S:  When selecting All Members, also apply the domain restrictions to workspace admins.
