Pipelines build success email notification

      Hey team,

      At present, you are able to subscribe to pipelines notifications on a repository - however this will only inform you if the build had failed.
      I am aware that there is Slack integration to allow for build success/failures which in turn sends out a notification - but there should be an option to configure this within Bitbucket Cloud itself without this integration being required.
