If a user is added to the default reviewers list in a repository and approves a PR, it is considered against the approvals and is shown in the Details and PR activity tabs.

When this user is removed from default reviewers, we reset the merge checks "1+ approval from default reviewers" from this user. It would be better to reset the approval event from the Details and PR activity tabs from open PRs as well to avoid confusion.
