Increase 100 concurrent parallel step limit

      Currently, the maximum amount of parallel steps that can be executed at the same time in any given workspace is 100. If you go over that limit, you will receive the following error message on your build:

      Seems like you're running a lot of pipelines at the same time. This is usually due to an accidental push. To conserve your minutes, we won't run them all.

      This feature request is to increase tihs limit to further than 100 parallel steps.

      Workaround

      Self hosted Runners do not have this limit. You can run more than 100 parallel steps on self hosted runners.

            All paid customers have been upgraded to 600 concurrent steps per workspace by default.
