As of now, Pull Request related slack notifications are dependant on the target branch of a Pull Request.
Request to add a custom feature to allow Pull Request related slack notifications based on Source Branch of a PR.

Ex: When a PR is created from Test Branch to Master branch, an option should be given to tie the slack notification to either the Test Branch (Source) or Master branch (Destination). As of now, it only allows on Destination branch.
