Automatic Redirect for Repositories post Workspace ID change

Currently if we change a Workspace ID, users are forced to update their git remote locally to point to the new ID, this also affects integrations that rely on the URL of the repo.

Submitting this feature request to have an inbuilt redirect that can identify Workspace ID changes and redirect to the correct repository accordingly.
