Sometimes customer needs to implement custom logic for a given step if it is a redeployment. Currently, there's no direct way to confirm if a given step is a normal deployment or a re-deployment.

It would be great if the information if a step is a re-deployment could be available in an environment variable, so customers could build custom logic on top of it.
