Issue Summary

Zip is corrupted when downloaded due to archiver cache

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download any branches from Repository -> Downloads section via the UI

Expected Results

The file is downloaded in the selected format(.zip or .tar.gz)

Actual Results

The downloaded file is in a few KBs(incomplete file)

Workaround

Attempt a download again
