Issue Summary

• A user has raised an issue, when they add a task - then link a comment to the task on a pull request, they cannot delete the task if they delete the comment - it gives an error

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   Add a task to a pull request
2. Step 2
   Add a comment to the pull request and link the same task name to this comment
3. Step 3
   Delete the comment and then try to delete the linked task - it will not be possible

Expected Results

• The linked task is able to be deleted, or it should delete along with the comment automatically

Actual Results

• The linked task cannot be deleted

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
