Bitbucket Pipelines does not support 'docker buildx'

      Currently, docker buildx is not supported in Bitbucket Pipelines. As a workaround, self-hosted pipeline runners could be used with 'docker buildx'.

      The suggestion is to provide support with 'docker buildx' within Bitbucket Pipeline Infrastructure.
