Issue Summary

• As per the title, when a user has many inline comments linked to multiple tasks, and files are set to load individually, the page will not be properly refreshed bringing the user to the desired inline comment which originated the task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Pull Request with at least 2 files;
2. Open the Pull Request's settings and set files to be loaded individually;
3. Add inline comments on both files and create tasks from those comments;
4. In the right side panel, try to cycle through the tasks' links;

Expected Results

• The links should properly load the file containing the inline comment which originated that task.

Actual Results

• The page is not refreshed and you will still be seeing the same file.

Workaround

• The links will still work properly and bring you to the correct files if the Pull Request is set to load files all at once.
