Issue Summary

According to the following documentation, the Pull Request Commit Links app can be installed when Go to pull request is clicked from the web interface for a commit's details.

However, the option Go to pull request is missing from a commit's details.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a commit in one of your Bitbucket Cloud repos

Expected Results

There is an option 'Go to pull request' in order to install the Pull Request Commit Links app

Actual Results

The option 'Go to pull request' is missing

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
