Currently, when having a subscription to the Premium plan, you have the option to enforce merge checks with the option "Prevent a merge with unresolved merge checks" : 

 

This applies to all the users in the workspace.

It would be great to have the ability to enforce merge checks just for the members that are not an admin of the workspace or repository. For example, just the developers group needs all merge checks passed in order to Merge the PR, but admins can Merge it regardless.
