Currently, if one creates a repository, the user will be added as "Admin" in the repository "User and group access" settings regardless of the user's workspace user group membership permission.

Feature request:
It would be preferable and useful if we could follow the user's workspace user group membership in deciding whether or not to give "Admin" permission to the newly created repository.
For instance, if a user who creates a repo only has "Write" access to one or more workspace user groups, the user should only be given "Write" access permission to the repo (not "Admin").
