Pipelines Deployment environment variables at workspace level

      Currently, Deployment environment variables can only be set/add in a specific repository setting.
      However, if you'd like to set/add the same variables to other repositories, you will need to do it one by one.

      Feature request:
      It would be useful to be able to set deployment environment variables at workspace level instead.
