Include admin page location for project settings in ACE app descriptor

      A valid location for app project admin pages is missing in https://api.bitbucket.org/connect.json and Admin Page

      We’re building an enterprise app for BB Cloud and need a project level settings/admin page.

      "location": "org.bitbucket.project.admin",

      Observed behaviour

      When I add a project admin page location like

      "location": "org.bitbucket.project.admin",

      I cannot install the app, an error message is displayed.

      Expected behaviour

      A connect ‘adminPages’ module with location 'org.bitbucket.project.admin' should display a link in the project settings left nav bar, just like for repo admin pages with location 

      'org.bitbucket.repository.admin'
