Add ability in Code Search to have modifiers to filter repositories by date

Currently, it's not possible to filter repositories by date when using Code Search.

It would be great if we could filter the repositories to be searched based on the last commit date.

Example : 

alter table -repo:apple -repo:orange -repo:gauva repo:contains.commit.after(june 25 2020)
