Ask for confirmation to close PR description edit field.

Issue Summary

When editing the description of a Pull Request, if you hit the "ESC" key, it will close the edit field and discard all changes automatically, without asking for confirmation from the user. Also, if you hit ":", it will open a modal to select an emoji, and if you hit "ESC" to close the modal, it will also close the edit field and discard all the changes made.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Pull Request
2. Start editing the description
3. Hit the ESC button

Expected Results

It's expected to show any kind of confirmation before deleting all the changes.

Actual Results

It shows no confirmation and automatically deletes all the changes on the screen.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
