    Description

      Currently, if the user loses access to recovery codes, the user needs to initiate the recovery process for two-step verification. 

      It is also causing confusion with Atlassian's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Bitbucket's Two-Step Verification (2SV). 

      The suggestions are below:

      • Allow administrators to reset the two-step verification for other users immediately without the waiting period of 24 hours.
      • Unify Atlassian's MFA and Bitbucket's 2SV.
