Hey team,

We have had a community user reach out to request that pipelines be able to be restricted to certain user groups (ie completely disable the "run pipeline" button in cases such as custom pipelines for users who are not in a particular user group).
I am aware that there are deployment permissions available already to Premium users but this prevents deploying rather than running the pipeline entirely.
