Created issue should automatically add a vote from the issue creator

Hey team,

We have had a customer request that when an issue is created, a vote is automatically added for the person who created the issue in the first place. The logic is, that if a user is raising an issue - they are wanting to have it addressed, thus their vote should be added automatically.
