Description
Currently, when there is a payment failure on a Standard/Premium Workspace, everybody on the workspace who will lose access to private repositories gets a popup with the following content -
You may lose repository write access.
We couldn't charge the credit card on file for <Workspace Name> which means you could lose repository access and saved settings for paid features.
To prevent this loss, ask your admin to update their credit card details.
I have also attached a screenshot of the popup.
It would be better if only the Administrators who are capable and bears the responsibility to change the payment details would receive this popup instead of every user which can get frustrating for large user bases.
