Summary:
It would be great to have an option to choose the PR diff view on the UI (2 way or 3 way i.e topic diff) since users would still like to review diff between source and destination branches.

Due to other priorities, we don't have plans to work on this in the next 12 months. Because this is a highly voted request, we will continue to consider it in future planning and will provide periodic updates here.
