Ability to maintain authentication between steps with AWS using OIDC

In some cases, a connection with AWS using OIDC must be made in several different steps, making your YAML file grow in size and builds take longer and the integration process more difficult.

This feature is for the ability to share/maintain a session while authenticated with AWS using OIDC between all steps in a Pipeline so that users only have to establish authentication once.
