Users unable to delete the repository

Issue Summary

Sometimes when trying to delete a repo it gets stuck on the DELETING state and the user is not able to delete from their side.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to workspace
2. Delete a repository
3. Sometimes it will get stuck on DELETING state

Expected Results

The repository gets deleted successfully and is no longer available

Actual Results

The repository gets stuck in DELETING state and is neither accessible nor deletable

Workaround

Raise a support ticket for deletion
