Description
Currently, when a "pull request updated" webhook is triggered, it sends the entire pull request object in the payload to the destination URL, so it is not possible to identify which fields were actually updated/changed.
It would be great to have the ability to identify in the payload what fields were changed/updated. For example, if I update the pull request title, I would like to have the ability to confirm from the payload that the title was the field that got changed.
