      Currently, self-hosted runners have the limitation of not supporting proxies that require authentication: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/configure-a-runner-to-use-a-proxy/#Limitations

      It would be great to have the functionality of using authenticated proxies in self-hosted runners.
