Currently, the only way of knowing what custom Pipes were created in a workspace is by navigating to each repository and checking, there's no way to list all repositories that are Pipes in a Bitbucket workspace.
This feature request is to add a per-workspace dashboard that will give you a list of all Pipes available on the workspace, similar to how it's displayed on https://bitbucket.org/product/features/pipelines/integrations.
