Currently, Bitbucket Cloud is able send Webhook payloads to self-hosted applications such as Jenkins that are behind a firewall by having Bitbucket's IP addresses allowlisted on the destination. (https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/)

There are cases, however, that allowlisting the IP addresses on the destination is not ideal, and a better approach for certain users would be to have a private link (for example, https://aws.amazon.com/privatelink/).

This feature request is to add the ability to connect to an external service via private links with external IPs and Bitbucket cloud
