Currently, Bitbucket supports a maximum of 100 runners per workspace as mentioned on this page -
Total number of runners: You can configure up to 100 runners per workspace and 100 runners per repository.
However, there are use cases where the customers would like to set up more than 100 runners per workspace. Please provide an option to increase the number of runners in a workspace.
