Automatically approve commits/PR in a certain status workflow

      Hey team,

      We have had a community user reach out and request that there be an option to both automatically approve pull requests/commits as well as additional workflow states for pull requests (ie progressed from In Review to Ready for QA has these automatically approved once the status has changed).
      There is a similar request opened that was closed regarding "Needs Work" status:
