Issue Summary

Currently, the new PR UI commit section doesn't have approve and comment count in the UI compared to the old legacy UI as below:

Adding this to the new PR UI would really be helpful to customer migrating from legacy UI to the new UI.

This ticket focuses on comment counts only.
The approvals are covered by: BCLOUD-20750

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make comments on a commit
2. Navigate to a page that has commits section (e.g. commits list page, PR view page, Branch view page)

Expected Results

You should see a comment icon together with a numeric indicator of the comment count.

Actual Results

No icon, no indicator.
