"Give Feedback" button doesn't work from all Bitbucket Cloud Application UI

Issue Summary

Currently "Give Feedback" option doesn't work from all part of the Bitbucket Cloud Application UI 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to your Bitbucket Cloud account
2. Select Avatar in the top Right corner > Personal Settings or All workspaces
3. Go to that UI view
4. Click on the "? Help" option in the top right corner
5. Select "Give Feedback"
6. This button is not responsive

Expected Results

For the Give Feedback modal to open

Actual Results

Give Feedback is not responsive in parts of the Bitbucket Cloud UI

Workaround

You can still submit Feedback by navigating to your personal workspace view or from repositories list https://bitbucket.org/workspaceID/workspace/repositories

and follow the same steps
