Add capability of querying and sorting by date to /repositories/workspace/refs/tags API endpoint

      Summary:

      It's currently not possible to query or sort based on date in the List tags api endpoint :

       

      GET /2.0/repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug}/refs/tags

      Expected results:

      It would be great if the tags API endpoint could be queried/sorted by the tag created_on and updated_on date, so the users could filter the tags created/updated before/after a given date.
