Allow or Deny SSH Key authentication on repository or project level

      Problem Definition

      Currently the scope of read-only SSH keys can be controlled via Access Keys per repository but the scope of write access SSH keys cannot be controlled on repository/project level

      Suggested Solution

      It would nice to be able to control the scope of the SSH keys per repository and project level.
