Issue Summary

After a Pull request is created if the user tries to edit the summary or the description of the PR to include a reference to another Jira issue, this Jira issue will not show up in the Pull Request details, Jira issues tab. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create the PR without adding the Jira issue key; 
2. Edit the PR adding an issue key; 
3. Edit again adding more issues key;
4. PR  details say that there are no Jira issues linked

Expected Results

The PR details should display all Jira issues mentioned.  

Actual Results

Workaround

The workaround is to create the PR with all Jira issues needed. This way, the Jira issue will be linked to the PR.
