Issue Summary

Currently, the branch permissions dropdown shows only 5 options, you need to type the name to be able to see it there

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add more than 5 users/groups in a repository with write access
2. Go to branch permissions
3. Add a branch permission

Expected Results

• Under the Write access field, you see all the results, or at least include a “show more” button in the dropdown to indicate that there are more options

Actual Results

• Under the Write access field, you will be able to see 5 results

Workaround

• If you type a user/group name that is not in this list, you will be able to see the results
