Support authenticated private registries when overriding Runner's docker images

When overriding runners docker images (clone, auth-proxy and pause) to use a private registry, it's currently only possible to use private docker registries that does not require authentication.

It would be great if authenticated private docker registries were also supported by the override runner's images functionality.
