Certain Pipelines build image clone error messages are not very descriptive and can be hard for users to find out exactly what's the problem.

For example, on failure to fetch a build image from AWS ECR, users will get an "Access Denied for ECR" error, when it can be related to things like IP whitelisting, invalid credentials, etc. Showing the HTTP error code on these failures would greatly improve this error message.
