      Issue Summary

      WAIT flag in trigger-pipeline pipes is counted against build minutes

      Expected Results

      When the build is waiting because of the WAIT flag, it shouldn't count against the build minutes as it might discourage users to use this feature

      Actual Results

      It counts against the build minutes

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
