Support ARM architecture for bitbucket runner

      Hi,

      It's looks we can prepare ARM based processor with Bitbucket runner with docker it give 

      Status: Downloaded newer image for docker-public.packages.atlassian.com/sox/atlassian/bitbucket-pipelines-runner:1
